The Best Thign

As a farewell to my friend Jacob, Me him and Kersey have recorded a special edition of the song "The Best Thing".... it may sound like a karioke thing at a bar, but we really are sober... The reason that it is spelled wrong, it probably because we sang it wrong... lol... You can check it out on the just chilin page of my imagine cup winners website!

It Has Been Done...

The inevitable has happened, I went to the barber shop. As were the wishes of my mother, I had to get my hair cut into a flat top and shave both my sideburns and my weenie gotee. I have lost all facial hair and most of my head hair. My mom told me to do it because when I go to Mexico for the missions trip this Friday it will be easier if i don't have to do anything to my hair, but I am still sad nevertheless... I miss every single hair... I named them all... I cried while I got my hair cut... (Well... I didn't really, but I might have if I wasn't watching Ice Age II in the barber chair) and when I shaved, I called out each hairs name as it fell to the deadly blade of my razor... Fairwell my friends...

Whispers in the Dark

I've seen this video before, but I saw it again on the Gospel Music Channel during Rock Block and saw something I'd never seen before. During the song (Somewhere after the guitar solo) John Cooper (The lead singer/bassist) does a guitar flip! I was freaking out! It was sooo sweet, and then there's the fact that this is one of my favorite songs of all time! I had to post it!

Rawkfist

Dudes and dudets... This is a way sweet song. Check it! It's one of my favorite "just for fun" songs!

Sorry guys...

I haven't had a chance to do anything to my blog for a while... I'm going to try to update it these next couple days some, but I might not get to for a LONG time because I'm going to be gone literally all summer.... Sorry for those who care. Anyway... I didn't have too much to write about so I'll just talk about the coolest thing that happened lately.
My friend Chris Smith told me about this channel called the Gospel Music channel. I think it might be semi-new... Anyway.... It's Christian music videos all the stinking time... There are specified times for different music and I am falling in love with it! Anyone who knows me should know that I have an extreme passion with music! I'm just so happy that there is a channel like this that is availible for me! Already I have seen some of my favorites such as Rebirthing and Stars and just yesterday I taped a Relient K/Switchfoot/DecembeRadio/Jeremy Camp concert! It was stinking sweet! I'll have to show my friends that come over! For those of you that live here and have digital cable, you can see it on channel 245! Check it out!

What's Been Happening

Well... I have been having some fun since my last post. Yesterday me and a bunch of my friends went and helped a person from our church move from an apartment to a storage complex (well... we moved the stuff he had). We also helped a family across the yard from another apartment move some of their stuff. Moving stuff is fun, but really really tiring. Thankfully, at the end we were able to eat pizza! Pizza is one of the best substances ever created in my opinion. Unfortunately I have been a sort of wimp lately and was only able to eat 6 pieces.
Today I went to gathering called KFC (Stands for Knitting, Fellowshipping, and Crocheting... All me and my friends do is the fellowshipping). We played quite a bit of basketball. There wasn't any fouls or out of bounds so it did get a little rough at times. Nevertheless it was amazingly fun. Unfortunately for some reason, no one would allow me to be on my buddy Moore's team. I don't get it... It was crazy fun anyway though!
On the random side of things. The source of all information (Hint Hint) in my opinion is Wikipedia. I have found out that it can solve pretty much all of my informational needs. I have looked everything up from books, things in books, and video games that come in cereal boxes (Chex Quest... It's got a pretty good article on it).

A communication from Diz II

Diz told me to put this on the site. He
said something about communicating with a
friend who lives in the Himilayas. It's a
small excerpt from a play he is writing
(That has not been published). He is
calling it "Zombies in the Snow II". (Hint
Hint...) Anyways... Here it is.

Frank: I think I heard someone coming up
the walkway.
(Doorbell rings)
Frank: It must be my friend whom I haven't
seen in forever.
Joe (Opens the door): Is this a bad time?
Frank?
Frank: No... This is perfectly fine. I am
always willing to have good friends come.
Joe: Especially a nomad like me?
(Phone rings)
Frank: Your my best friend. You're always
welcome in my home.
Joe: Aren't you going to get the phone?
Frank: My best friend is more important
than anyone who could be calling...
